FABI-SME assists the polisher in his work.

  • The belt is easily worked and adapts itself to the shapes
  • The speed belt is adjustable
  • Is it possible to work on a contact wheel or on a contact wheel or on free belt
  • Noise is limeted thanks to the sound-dampened carter
  • The use of contact wheels from 200 to 500 mm diameter can allow full use of the machine.
 
 
SIMPLE ONE TWIN
It is composed by 2 MANIPULATORS our mod.MINIROBOT:
  • Self-teaching programming .
  • 5 Axes with simple interpolation; the fifth axis has a continuos rotation.
  • In front of the MINIROBOT MANIPULATORS are positioned two working units that can be GRINDING or POLISHING units.

Units and manipulators are positioned in right ad left conformations so that an operator can attend to both of them.
